Quotes
If there is a request
for an item not shown on our website, we will provide you a quote
within 24-72 hours of receipt of your request. Please complete the
order form below (PDF version) and fax to our corporate office. If
you would like to receive your quote immediately (within 24 hours),
please fax the form and call us so that we will be aware of the
urgency of your request.
Art
Provide us an idea of
the type of art you desire and we will be happy to provide several
art choices from which you can choose. If you prefer, it is
acceptable to provide your own art, but please bear in mind that
camera-ready art is required, preferably black and white. The
preferred file types are .tif or .eps. Images from the web are not
usable.
Shipping
All products are shipped
via UPS within 10-15 days, unless otherwise advised.
Cancellations
Changes will apply for
all costs incurred prior to cancellation.
Pricing
All product prices are
for each unit of the product you have selected. Discounted prices
may be available for larger quantities. See representative for
details.
Payment
Full payment is required
in advance for all products and custom orders.
