Membership Cards:
Your Elite Club Membership card is valid for all
purchases made at Elite Distinctions,
Inc. The membership card is non-transferable
and Elite Club Membership cardholders must be 18
years or older. Lost or stolen membership cards
should be reported to Elite Distinctions, Inc.
at 1.800.559.1908.
Membership:
Membership is subject to any and all rules
adopted by Elite Distinctions, Inc., and these
rules may be amended from time to time without
notice to or consent by the Member. Sales tax
will be charged on Membership where in the state
of Florida.
Membership Renewal:
Club accounts are valid for one year from the
date of purchase. The Member must authorize
renewal or cardholder changes to the account.
You will receive a renewal notice by mail each
year. You may remit your renewal fee online, via
phone or fax, or by mail. A new card will be
issued at renewal.
